Dr. Tsai chose not to be in network with any dental insurance company. However, if you have a PPO plan, which means you can choose the providers you like, we can help you with getting reimbursed from your insurance company. As each policy is different, we suggest you reach out to your insurance provider in advance to get a detailed breakdown of your coverage for specific procedures and to get maximum benefit from your insurance.

Insurance Claims
We fully support and encourage our patients with PPO plans to file their own claims and seek reimbursement directly from their insurance companies. By doing so, you can better understand how your benefits apply to your treatment. Our office will gladly assist with any necessary paperwork, x-rays, or documentation needed for this process.
